1.To make the design by professional drawing software like Siemens UGNX / PRO E / SOLIDWORK.
2. To do plastic mold flow analysis by AUTO CAD 2D, MOLD FLOW, then make DFM report.
3. Provide one-stop service from mold design to production for hardware mold and plastic injection mold.
4. A number of equipments imported from Japan like 13 pcs CNC from 600 to 1989 that can do big size product.
5. Arrange engineer to customer's country to provide technical guidance for 15~30 days.
6. We have professional engineer team to offer different solutions to customers.
7. All complaints will be accepted in 24 hours and feedback during 3~5 days.
